OUR MEDITATION CIRCLE
This is our scared meditation circle. Every week we have a new theme. We sit around our scared meditation circle and share our thoughts if we feel comfortable enough, followed by our visualisation mediation.
BREATHING BUDDY STATION
These are our Breathing Buddies. They live in the gnome and fairy house where they wait for us each week. They help us to breathe during our guided meditation. When we are finished with them, we put them back into their homes where they wait for us the following week.
SCARED TALKING STICK
We love our scared talking stick which is made of special crystals and feathers. We can only talk when we have this in our hands. We must listen respectfully to others when they talk and if we have nothing to say when we hold our scared stick — it’s ok, we just say ‘I have nothing to say’ and pass the scared talking stick onto the next person.
HAVING FUN WHILE LEARNING
Having fun while learning. All mindfulness games have been carefully chosen to align with the weekly concepts.
